The Problem
Warehouse teams were tracking stock, pricing, and order fulfillment across scattered spreadsheets and shared inboxes, with no distinction between what an owner needed to see, what a warehouse worker needed to act on, and what a sales rep needed to sell. Every role saw the same cluttered view, or no view at all.
The Approach
I designed StockFlow around four distinct roles — Business Owner, Manager, Sales Representative, and Warehouse Staff — each with its own dashboard, navigation, and permitted actions. Rather than one generic admin panel, every screen is scoped to what that role actually needs to decide or do next.
The Solution
The result is a full operational system: product and inventory management with stock, pricing, and shipping-status updates; order management from creation to fulfillment; customer, vendor, and regional records; and dedicated flows for adding stock, marking items shipped or sold, and onboarding new accounts — all built in both light and dark mode.

Designed Around Four Roles
Business Owner — full visibility across products, inventory, orders, regions, and vendors.
Manager — day-to-day oversight of stock levels, pricing, and order flow.
Sales Representative — customer and order-focused views for fast order creation.
Warehouse Staff — a focused task view for stock intake, shipping, and fulfillment.
