The Problem
Independent service businesses — barbers, stylists, studio owners — juggle bookings across DMs, phone calls, and spreadsheets, while the booking platforms built for them feel generic, corporate, and impersonal to their clientele.
The Approach
I designed and built Sitio with an editorial, boutique sensibility — serif display type, warm paper backgrounds, restrained terracotta accents, no default SaaS chrome like shadows or bubbly rounded cards — so the software feels as considered as the businesses using it.
The Solution
A two-sided platform: a four-step booking flow — choose business, pick service, date and time, confirm — for customers, and a full operations dashboard for business owners covering today’s schedule, revenue, fill rate, staff, services, and customer records, with authentication and profiles on both sides.

Built for Both Sides
For the Business — daily schedule, revenue and fill-rate tracking, service and staff management, customer records.
For the Customer — browse by category, book in four steps, manage upcoming and past appointments, save favourite businesses.
