While working as an architect at Cloud Architektai based in Vilnius, my debut venture was the Sparta 360 project. Situated within the borders of the deserted “Sparta” factory estate, Sparta 360 encompasses over 35 thousand square meters of co-working and trading space. The total land measure of the tech city “Sparta 360” spans to 1.7 hectares. The design of the project includes four dissimilar edifices. A notable architectural feature of the “Sparta 360” initiative is the retained factory chimney. Apart from office areas, the vicinity hosts co-working zones, a retail outlet, eateries, a bar, a sports hub, and an open public green space. This establishment has also made its mark as a key hub in the city's technology arena. The constructions adhere to the globally recognized BREEAM standards for sustainable structures. The atmosphere within the forward-thinking precinct encourages establishment of fresh traditions, multiple collaborative endeavors – offering a setting that is apt for professional pursuits and relaxation alike.
